For over 25 years, M+D Properties has developed and operated commercial properties, focusing mainly on large-scale, income-producing assets in urban areas that are strategically selected based on socioeconomic growth opportunities. More recently, M+D Properties has expanded its portfolio to develop not only commercial projects, but also office, hotel, and residential properties. To date, M+D Properties has developed approximately 1.4 million total aggregate square feet, with approximately 1 million square feet currently under development.

M+D Properties has a proven track record with a number of projects including Plaza Mexico (Lynwood, California), the largest upscale shopping center in the United States that specially targets the Hispanic population, and One West Green (Pasadena, California), a 65,000 square foot, mixed-use development located on one of the most desirable corners in historic Old Town Pasadena.
