One West Green is a mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of South Fair Oaks Avenue and Green Street in the historic Old Town Pasadena district in Southern California. Completed in 2014, One West Green is a 65,000 square foot building that hosts retail and dining tenants on the first floor, with office space on top.
